This is a Forged Steel A105 DBB (Double Block and Bleed) ball valve with flanged end connections and an integral needle valve as a bleed valve. The DBB design provides simultaneous isolation of upstream and downstream media when closed, and the needle valve allows safe depressurization of the body cavity which is ideal for critical services requiring online maintenance or positive isolation and venting.

Configuration: DBB ball valve with cavity bleed port. Two independent seat seals provide double shut off, and the cavity can be precisely vented via the needle valve, ensuring zero leakage to atmosphere and enhanced maintenance safety.

Bleed Valve: Integral needle valve which can eliminates the need for external fittings, offers accurate control for cavity venting, blow down, or pressure monitoring.
