This DBB (Double Block and Bleed) valve integrates two independent trunnion-mounted balls and a central bleed port into a single forged body. The DN50 (2-inch) size and PN100 (Class 600) pressure rating make it suitable for high-pressure systems requiring positive isolation. The twin-ball design provides two fully independent mechanical barriers, ensuring fail-safe isolation even if one ball or seat fails. The bleed port enables safe cavity depressurization without system shutdown, allowing online maintenance and seal verification.
