F316L Forged Body: ASTM A182 F316L (1.4404) ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel (C ≤ 0.030%). Chromium (16–18%), nickel (10–14%), and molybdenum (2–3%) content provides excellent resistance to chlorides, acids, and aggressive chemicals.

Forged vs Cast: Forged body offers finer grain structure, higher strength, and better impact toughness. One-piece forged construction eliminates external leak paths and avoids gasket failures under high pressure.

Pressure Range: Typically Class 800 to Class 2500, suitable for small-bore high-pressure piping (1/2" to 2").

Connection Options: Threaded (NPT), socket weld (SW), butt weld (BW), or flanged ends.
