NSV ALLOY20 PNEUMATIC BALL VALVE

This small pneumatic ball valve features an Alloy 20 (Carpenter 20 / UNS N08020) body, offering exceptional resistance to sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and other aggressive corrosive media. Alloy 20 is a niobium-stabilized austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy specifically designed for severe corrosive environments, with additions of molybdenum and copper for enhanced resistance to sulfuric acid and chlorides . The pneumatic actuator provides automated quarter-turn operation for precise on/off control in small-bore piping. Apollo’s Alloy 20 ball valves, for example, feature a pressure-balanced solid ball, anti-blowout one-piece stem, and adjustable PTFE packing, with ratings up to Class 600 .
